I'm looking forward to a great year. This wiki page (and more generally the H5:xxxx namespace) is open for you guys to edit and add to. I'm still trying to come up with interesting things to do with it, so please be creative!

About Leap
Leap is my service dog in training (emphasis on the in training part). Someday he will wear a harness and help brace me when I walk, so I can spend less time on my scooter. He was neglected as a puppy--I rescued him at six months old--and he's still a little shy, though he's getting better all the time. Meeting new people is great for his training, so don't hesitate to drop by to visit him.
He will bark frantically when you come to my door, but he's just showing off--he's actually very gentle. He'll stop barking as soon as you come in and sit down and will very soon be licking your hand. He's only 17 months old, and is still a little fuzzy on good manners; we're working on it.
If he frightens you, or if you're allergic to dogs, just give me a call at 493-0092 before you come over, and I'll put him in the bedroom.
